Situated on over 5 acres, this darling 2 bedroom, 2-1/2 bath farmhouse was once a barn! This spacious home has an open floor plan and boasts almost 2000 square feet. Enjoy all the modern conveniences you need while feeling like you are a million miles away from the city. Both bedrooms have their own private adjoining bathrooms. Full kitchen with all the amenities, including stainless steel appliances and an island with a second sink. Smart TVs/Wifi provided and the living room sofa pulls out into a queen size bed for additional sleeping space. Take in beautiful sunsets with full mountain views from the west side of the house and enjoy the peace and quiet of country living (and you just may hear the sounds of neighboring horses neighing and goats bleating!). Just minutes to E470 (toll road), restaurants, shopping and retail; 30 minutes to Denver International Airport and downtown Denver; less than an hour to Colorado Springs and just over an hour to the nearest ski resorts. Parker Colorado Farmhouse
A Wonderful Property! You can enjoy quiet Seclusion only minutes from freeway, shopping and services. The Property is well maintained, Clean, updated, and comfortable. 2 Bedrooms with full bath in each Kitchen , eating and living area combined in Well Done Open Concept. The house is located on the property of the owners, but once inside you cannot even SEE the main house and the view is spectacular! The owners were easy to communicate with, responsive thru VRBO and while we stayed there. We look forward to staying with them again

Everything was perfect! The view is nice. We enjoyed watching the horses while sitting on the porch. We took a walk and watched the chickens. Everything was clean and as expected. We could have used more towels. We have family about 10 minutes away so it was convenient.

The perfect place!
This is the second year we have stayed at the Farmhouse and we love it so much!! It’s quiet with amazing views, and perfect for our needs. We love the huge kitchen/living area, and bathrooms in each room. The hosts are so kind and accommodating, and we hope to stay here again next year!

This property is nicer than the pictures convey - and the pictures are very nice. There’s just no way to convey through the photos how peaceful and welcoming this home is. You pull up to the rear of the home to park, but once inside your stress level plummets. My mornings sitting on the porch, enjoying the scenery along with coffee and a book, were so peaceful. The beds are comfortable with nice linens. The water pressure for showers is great. I’ll be staying here again on my next trip to Colorado. There’s no need to risk being disappointed elsewhere when this home offers everything, along with wonderful hosts.

Fantastic home away from home!
The home, view, location and hosts were all above expectation! You’ll feel away from it all, but still close to everything you need. The hosts were very responsive and kind throughout our stay. The home is fully stocked with everything you’ll need and more. The views of the mountains while drinking coffee in the mornings or a glass of wine at night were amazing! I highly recommend staying here and you won’t regret it.

Great vacation house

A Perfect Getaway…
My family and I traveled to Parker from SC to visit my elderly father and the farmhouse was perfect for the 4 of us (two couples) The furnishings are very calming and tastefully done. The views of the mountains and horses were great to wake up to each morning. Sunsets over the mountains were gorgeous as well. The owners live on the property, yet it feels very private with a separate driveway and its own two car garage, which was a plus for keeping the rental car safe during a nearby hailstorm. The owners were great to work with and we hope to be back for future visits!

We were in Colorado for a graduation and found this amazing place to stay. It is so beautifully decorated and was the perfect place for people with walkers. The views of the snowcapped mountains and horses were an added bonus. Will definitely be staying here again

What a wonderful week!
I gave this property all five stars in every section. Our stay could not have been more satisfactory. The home is clean! I was so immensely happy with that aspect. We enjoyed the fact that there is a lot of natural light. It is very nice and convenient there are three toilets and two showers, one being a bath. It was so nice to have that for my family of four. The area is quiet and we enjoyed watching the horses across the way. We also saw rabbits and pronghorns. The sunrises and sunsets there are magnificent. The view from the yellow bedroom is gorgeous. We could clearly see the mountains all around. When it snowed, it was beautiful. When it did snow, the owners went above and beyond, informing us they would plow before we even thought of it. Everything was comfortable. We are so happy we chose to stay in Shannon and Kevin's sweet guest house. Thank you for making it possible.
