All good except the bed
Overall it was a great experience. The location was great and no problems with the service. We used the valet service which was pricey but we knew the cost and decided it was worth it. The only real negative was the bed. It was very uncomfortable. It was like sleeping on a bed frame. If they change the beds, it would be a great place to stay. It was bad enough that I would probably choose somewhere else for our next stay.

The lobby was clean, and the room was clean minus the bathroom. The tub was filthy, the water was only scalding hot in the shower, and you can tell that some work has been done but not done well. The breakfast in the morning was very good, though the eating area was not cleaned often. Staff was friendly. Snack area was not well stocked.

The hotel was nice, but there was no self-parking, only valet. There is paid parking around the building but the parking terms end at odd/inconvenient hours. The bathroom didn't seem to be cleaned well as there was hair on the ceiling. Upon check-in, the desk person seemed stoic and annoyed at our arrival. We later found out that we weren't checked in properly. The next clerk we encountered was helpful and fixed the issue. One of the two elevators also did not work. Aside from these issues, the rooms were nice, quiet, and comfortable.

Try a Different Hotel
Front desk people were very rude - we arrived very late from the airport and the doors were locked, with no key to enter we knocked on the glass. We were ignored until I finally noticed there was an intercom on the far wall. Not sure why front desk person had to be so petty, if you need intercom button to be pushed maybe put up a sign stating this. AC didn't work in room, had to open windows but sucked because they didn't have screens. One elevator was broken for our entire stay which made long lines and a slow elevator. Was charged two nights for valet when we only used one, Wasn't given a folio upon check out, even though I asked a few times. I asked about the room charges and found out about the second charge, seemed very shady and suspicious. Wouldn't stay here again.

Only one elevator was working during my entire stay. That was very inconvenient because there was a youth group filling the hotel and they seem to enjoy riding the one elevator quite a bit. The ice machine on the sixth floor was not working either. That was inconvenient.
