Nice clean comfortable hotel. Yet it is in Uptown not downtown so it was not near tourist area and too many homeless and abandoned buildings.

I liked how walkable the area was. What I didn't like was that there were a few stains on the comforter when I pulled it back. It was too much of a hassle to get it checked since it didn't bother me that much so I didnt even use the blanket and slept over it.

Only one elevator was working through our entire stay which was very inconvenient when there was a large group from a wedding staying at the hotel and we’d have to wait for the elevator to cycle through again. Breakfast options were limited. The most frustrating part was the staff seemed completely unconcerned and annoyed when issues needed to be addressed such as a broken ice machine on the 6th floor (not addressed) or when our keys (multiple times) stopped working. I would not stay here again.

Our room was not clean. Biohazards were left in our room. My child year old found and opened a gas station pill package that she found inside the sheet of the pull out sofa bed. The bathroom had dried blood splattered on the wall, and the toilet paper roll was unrolled far enough to touch the floor when we arrived. By far the most disgusting thing is my child finding the adult activity pills. What if she had comsumed it. What if it had been a deadly substance that can harm a child on contact? The manager claimed a full investigation would be made. However I don't see how this is possible when they immediately sent the cleaning staff in to cover up the biohazards.

Property was generally fine, but the TV screen in my room super dark, and the toilet seat was broken. $5 charge for basic bottled water in my room. Gave me an overall sense that things are not as kept up as they should be and pennies are being pinched. Will be be back for another night a week from now (previously booked). We’ll see if my next room will be different.

Huge rooms, our room has a lounge and kitchenette though there should have been utensils in it. Room service was confusing and should've been explained at checkin eg every other day unless asked for, level for gym and washing should be included on the website, it lists them though doesn't say where, that would have saved two phone calls to reception

We throughly enjoyed our stay!! Nice and large room and friendly staff. Rooms were clean, beautiful bathrooms. Only one working elevator but that wasn’t a bother to us. The breakfast is awesome, I love any hotel with a waffle bar and available baked goods. Very walkable, about half an hour walk from Union Station and right down the road from the state capitol. Plenty of things to do all around! Overall a great bang for buck and we’d stay there again!

I’m not going to say this place is bad because it is better than most places. The room we had was very nice and clean but the A/C was not working and it was very hot in the room other then that this place was nice.
