There is plenty of public transportation for anywhere you need to go and with this properties central location. Want to have a fun night out in Denver and see the sites, it can all be done with relative ease!
This property is built for those looking to stay for 30+ days.
This property is a small 1 bed/1 bath that is very comfortable. This unit contains both a washer & dryer, a dishwasher, refrigerator and central heating and air. As you walk in, you will go up the stairs to the kitchen area, walk through the bathroom & shower combo to the bedroom.
The listing will provide a whole NEW perspective for you and your guests of what the Airbnb experience should be like.
Guests will have access to the unit and the walkway to the unit. You can access this unit be going through the wooden gate facing the parking lot. There is a smart lock on the door so that you can access the unit at your own leisure.
We will be available to communicate with you about questions you may have about the house/stay, any additional accommodations you may have and ultimately any emergencies that may come up during your stay.
Please note that this unit does not offer parking. There is a parking lot that leads up to the gate where you can enter, however this lot belongs to Mattress Firm. Although we have never had problems with people parking the lot before, we cannot in good conscious call this an amenity that we offer.
Please note: If you make a reservation for this property, you are actively accepting the house rules in place.

- Respect the Neighbors: Please keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10 PM and 9 AM. We have a noise monitoring device that measures noise levels without recording conversations.
- No Parties or Events: Parties or large gatherings are not allowed without prior written approval.
- Guest Limit: Only the number of guests stated in your reservation is allowed to stay overnight at the property.
- Remove Shoes Indoors: Please remove your shoes inside the property to maintain cleanliness.
2. Property Care
- No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Smoking is permitted outdoors at least 20 feet from the cabin. A fine of $300 will be applied if the guest is found in violation of this policy.
Pet Policy:
- No Cats Allowed: Please note that we do not cater cats in the property.
- No Unattended Pets: Do not leave dogs unattended in the cabin. Guests who leave pets unattended will be fined $300.
- Leash Requirement: Dogs must be leashed at all times to avoid disturbing neighbors and wildlife. Complaints may lead to eviction and forfeiture of remaining nights.
- Cleanliness: Please leave the property in the same condition as you found it. Dispose of trash in the designated bins.
- Report Issues: Immediately report any damages or issues to the host.
We can also accommodate early check-ins whenever the property is ready and no issues are present. We update our guests on any possibility of an earlier check-in!
