AC issues
Price was solid for the location. Walking distance to some of the best spots in downtown Denver. Parking down the street that’s $20 overnight - recommend “best parking” app to find it. Rooms was fine, outdated but clean enough. I did find some nicotine gum wrappers but no big deal. Biggest knock was the AC, I was sweating at night and it’s a central thermostat. You have to call to adjust it and shuts off. Uncomfortable overall

Our mattress had something spilled or who knows on it. It was so gross, tried to cover it up by flipping it, we wouldn’t have even seen but sheets weren’t fully on. Took 15 minutes for hot water, towels had stains. We stayed there due to being close to hospital. I didn’t dare walk without socks on.

Make sure to read reviews before going! We knew about the heating and cooling issues before going which made it easier to navigate. The front desk person informed us about the issues at the start but if you didn’t know that the stay might have those issues ahead of time the stay might not have been ideal.

Extremely disappointed
Extremely disappointed. Handle to flush toilet was hanging from the wall and if attempted to flush, water flowed out onto the floor. Went to the lobby 3 times to ask for the maintaince crew to fix it. Could not flush the toilet for the three days we were there. Kept reassuring us it would be fixed. On top of the horrible property, parking is $50 a night, which is not disclosed before booking. So if you are bringing a vehicle, I would recommend a different hotel. Goes from reasonably priced to extreme in seconds.

This was a great property right next to the historic Brown Palace in downtown Denver. We came in on the train and it’s a straight shot down 17th St to get there. It’s almost a mile so it will take you a good 25 minutes to walk. If I had known this, I probably would’ve have booked it but I’m glad we did. It was a pretty walk seeing the shops with Christmas lights and the outdoor ice rink. The rooms were clean & comfortable and the hot breakfast was excellent with lots of comfortable seating and places to work on the computer! The fitness center was great. We enjoyed exploring the Brown Palace and Trinity Church next door. The worker at the front desk the evening we arrived also gave us tips about other things to do like the Christmas Market within walking distance.

It was nice being downtown. Location location, location. The room was very small and unfortunately didn’t have a refrigerator. There was no way to control the heat. We did enjoy the views and the service was acceptable.

upon our arrival and check in we witnessed a very sweaty guest come down to return their room key. While asking for a refund the person explained the reason they would not be staying there was the inability to control the room temperature and the dirty room. Very uncomfortable to hear and watch while checking in, with the staff just giving them a business card & a phone number to call, only to say “have a good night”. Checking into our room there was no plug for the bathtub, the shower & tub had dust and hair in it. the walls here are super thin you will hear your neighbors if you have any, spa closes at 7 and doesn’t open till 9 which was sad as it was the main reason for booking here

Not worth it.
Stay was not good. Website claims there is parking but they dont tell you that it costs 49 dollars a night. Website states there is air conditoning and there is not we had a box fan in our room and it was 83 degrees inside. Room was very small and very uncomfortable. Some staff were nice some were very rude. Will mever stay here again. I would devulge another 100 dollars spent on parking for a better hotel room that is honest about its amenties on its webdite.
