Poor housekeeping, noisy hotel
Very noisy and not so clean hotel. We are neat senior adults who needed a room with kitchenette for 8 days. After 3 days I had to ask to have room cleaned. The trash was starting to smell and we needed fresh towels and the bathroom cleaned - the normal services one would expect at a hotel. Nothing was done. I spoke to the front desk staff the next day and was told they would clean our room right away. After waiting in the lobby for 2 hours, I returned to my room and found NOTHING had been done. This time I spoke to the manager and her solution was to move us to a clean room. We had the pack up all of our belongings, including food in refrigerator and move to another floor at 7pm after a busy, tiring day. No assistance was offered during the move. Not at all what we expected from the Hilton chain. Will never use Hilton again.

Good location if you’re staying here to be close to the hospital. Offers amenities for extended stay with larger fridge, microwave and table. Close to several nice dining options. First floor rooms were well used. Breakfast was provided with plenty of items to choose from.
