first room did not open - the key did not work and the staff tried to convince me its ok. the room we subsequently received was dirty and the faucet was badly leaking. kids refused to use the shower because it was stained. police came around 11pm to another room not sure what was the issue but felt unsafe. staff did not mention anything about it, they should have, i was with 2 kids. very dirty. loud AC. highway noise. i was afraid for my vehicle.

Terrible. Room looked like it was in the middle of a renovation. Bare mattresses. No sheets, covers, or pillows. Stained mattresses. White paint splattered all over the floor. Bathroom was grimy with stains everywhere. Looked like a drug house.

I had a really terrible experience with HomeTowne Studios Airport/Aurora. Don’t be fooled by the price, it’s by and far the worst motel I’ve ever stayed at. Initially the cancelled my reservation without notice and charged me more when I rebooked. My bed made me very itchy and ended up getting a sinus infection. On my last day my car was towed at 1am with no notice because I backed in to my stall. There is only one sign in the back of the motel saying. Not to back into stalls. It costed $415 to get my car out of impound and I had a long Uber ride for my job to the impound lot, which was in a horrible part of Aurora. This place should be shut down

They gave me a hard time checking in saying I needed to pay cash 100$ despot and then tryed to only give me 20$ back the next day saying it was fees for cleaning, water, and parking.it was the most observed thing ever..

I wouldn’t even recommend this place to a homeless vet. This was the most vile, disgusting, and inhumane property I’ve ever seen. Do yourself a favor and book at the Hilton.

While the staff was kind and welcoming, the place had some flaws that were made my stay annoying. Such as the keycard not working multiple times and not being able to take a shower due to the water only trickling out. After asking the staff multiple times about this, they would not move me to another room or attempt to try and fix the shower. No discount or other accommodation was made. But it was a place to stay for my short vacation and those were the only two issues i had.

absolutely horrific hotel. i wouldn’t even consider this a hotel. whatever you do im telling you do not waste your money here i was concerned when reading the reviews when i booked this on expedia. i booked 7 night 8 days coming from california to visit my fiance. as soon as we came we knew it was going to be a hell hole. to start check in was at 3 and we weren’t able to check in for A WHOLE HOUR. finally we checked in and the room key didn’t even work my fiance went to get another one and when we finally were able to go inside it looked nothing like the pictures. the bathroom ceiling was leaking everywhere and it smelt absolutely horrendous. we went to the front desk to ask for another room and once again the key wasn’t working. once we were able to come inside we noticed there was holes on the walls the front door was barley holding on. the bathroom ceiling also had a huge hole there were burns in the sheets from cigarettes the walls were dirty and the bathroom was so filthy. my fiancé and i could not stand to be there i went to the front desk and asked to speak to a manager and the lady up there was giving such attitude. she then tells me that the manager is on a plane and won’t be in today and asked them for even a partial refund and she said i need to wait for the manager. we went back the next day and still no one and the lady told me the manager would give me a call and never did. we’ve tried multiple times to call this “hotel” and no answer what so ever.
