We booked a room with a jetted tub. Faucet on jetteted tub needed to be tightenend but the jets worked great and water was nice and hot. Bed was comfy, comfortor on bed was stained and kinda dirty.Carpet in living room was clean and looked new like it was recently replaced. However carpet in bedroom area had red blotchy stains on it. Looked like walls were recently painted and their was writing on wall for notes for maintenence or the contractor like it was in the middle of being renovated but just wasnt done yet. Bathroom light above sink flickered on and off giving us a headache with its strobe like effect. Tub and toilet were yellowish like they were aged. Some paint had dropped on toilet seat staining it. The shower area still needed to be painted. Room smelled a bit like old cigarettes. It was cold in room and when heat was turned on it smelled like it was burning. Both tvs in room worked however they were very glitchy and program would freeze every few seconds while watching it on all the channels. When we checked in the guy at the front desk told us where our room was and to go down to the second entrance on the side of the building and then take elevator up to our room since that elevator was near our room. Once we got there with all our bags the elevator was out of order which was extremely inconvenient since i have a bum knee. Once asked later about it all he said was that elevator is out of order. If he knew that why would he send us there?? 😡 So inconsiderate!!!!
