Stayed here and the customer service was okay, get in the room it was nasty. The room smelled mold in the bathroom. Water pressure sucked, Hot water what hot water.

Overall perfect stay.
Overall the room was nice. The bed and pillows were awesome to the point we didn't want to get out of bed. There was a refrigerator, microwave, nice recliner, and a closet with doors; which was great when people came to visit. We were there for a dieing, immediate family member, who did pass. So the room was calming with the black out curtains. The only problem was the plumbing, the sink was missing the knob to open the drain and the shower ceiling had peeling paint. The rest of the room was perfect. Plus the room has a multi -variety of lighting options which is great! The guy at the front desk was super nice and knowledgeable on his job!!! They asked if we needed room service, which most places only do after you leave. Considering our circumstances, it was a great stay. Thank you.

Perfect for a night or two, we went to see T-Pain in concert and it was just what we needed. I will say it could have been cleaner, the tub and shower curtain were stained and made me a little uncomfortable showering but other than that, everything was just fine. There was no fridge but not that big of a deal given we only stayed one night and ate out. Staff was extremely kind, would definitely stay again.

We had to move rooms because the bathrooms have mold all over the walls and ceilings. The rooms are not cleaned properly or thoroughly at all. The lock was busted off the door. The room we moved to still had mold in the bathroom but atleast the front door locked from the inside. One of the guys at the front desk was very nice though. Will not stay here ever again.

There was a homeless man in the parking lot 20 yards from where we parked our car. Room was terribly dirty, comforter had cigarette burns in it. Hair in the sheets. Dead bolt didn’t work. Walked in and looked around and walked back out. Had to book a room at another hotel at midnight. We refused to sleep in that dump.

Property lacks maintenance on the outside. Night staff not very friendly or serviceable. Had an issue that needed a phone call and no phone service available in the room or front desk. Rooms are just barely OK.
