no shuttle pickup

We were they for a short layover on our flights. The room, front desk, and breakfast was great. Our only complaint was that the shuttle never showed to pick us up at the airport. We waited 45 mins and finally called an Uber at a cost of $25.00. We would stay here again. Price was really reasonable

Clean rooms and easy parking. Receptionist was very welcoming and offered our 2 year old a free snack. The pool must not get a lot of use in the morning because when we tried to go at 8:15 it was being cleaned even though the hours said 8:00am. We were told to come back in 10-15 minutes.

We chose this property due to the 24 hour airport shuttle. This made it extremely convenient and everyone flowed smoothly. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The property and common areas are clean. The proximity to the airport is perfect and the planes were not too loud. We did not get much sleep due to inconsiderate neighboring units. The people across the hall had screaming children and the unit next to us, full of "adults" was very loud and disruptive all night with foul language and slamming doors to go back and forth between their room and one down the hall. The toilets are loud everytime the neighbor would flush and the doors are very loud when shutting and the walls are very thin. We figured out how to turn on the fan to the radiator but it did little to suffice. A real fan in the closet would be a good addition just to block outside noise.

Would not stay here again or recommend this place to anyone. Everything says free parking. When you get there its the only hotel out of 30 that you have to pay to park. Staff was not very friendly.

The bed was so uncomfortable & with the heat set on the lowest setting, it was still hot in the room. Otherwise, the staff & shuttle driver were great!

Main reason we stayed here was for our toddler to enjoy a hot tub the night before picking up my mother in law from the airport. The hot tub was drained and not in use. I had to go to the front desk for towels multiple times.. was asked to come to the front desk and twice they weren’t ready when I went for them. I was mostly frustrated with Expedia for listing there was a hot tub and neither wanted to refund anything. It was a safe and clean hotel though so that was a plus

The property and staff were wonderful. I really disliked having to get several new keys over the course of a few days. The door handle kept loose and hanging and the keys stopped worked or the door wouldn’t open with keys. Staff was great in assisting but just annoying.
