Watched another couple check in and given a room key , when they went to that room… someone was sleeping in there. Terrifying to see this happen. They did 3 different rooms before leaving because they weren’t given an empty clean room

After our flight was delayed 3 hours we arrive at 3am after checking in online and employee working gave us room 324 - we walk into room and it was dirty like bed was unmade/ trash in baskets / dirty towels on floor / dirty washcloths in shower / hair on sheets We walk out to get another room of course Second room 306 We go to room / open door THERE WAS GUEST SLEEPING IN THERE / WE WALKED INTO SOMEONE’S ROOM WHILE THEY WERE ASLEEP!!! We go back downstairs the guy was so no big deal attitude like this happens all the time 3rd attempt - room 326 This time we asked him to check the room himself before we go in. He is gone like 20 mins and returns and gives us keys and says this one is good We go to room and immediately notice bed was sloppy made and again trash in baskets / hand soap already opened / dirty wash clothes in shower I was now very upset and agitated We were tired and all we wanted was a clean room we had paid for. We go back down and said forget it we can’t continue to do this and at this point I can not trust any room would be clean in this hotel. OMG HOW CAN THIS HAPPEN He blamed it on his system but I think something was wrong with the employee as he was acting very matter of fact and had no emotion about the situation And throughout this happening with one hour Everything we came back down he was no where to be found and we had to go knock on the employee only doors to get him to come out We tried calling the hotel phone in hopes he would hear it too

Wouldn’t recommend staying here. They tried charging me $250 for broken items in the room that were there before we got there. Had to fight to get a refund and it only worked because I luckily had a photo with said broken item in it that had a time stamp on it. The time showed was right after we checked in so there’s no way it could have been us. If you do stay here, check anything and everything and report it before checking out.

i’ve paid the same price for a night at hotels so much better than this. i mean, one little soap dove bar for two people? i didn’t get that in the other price related hotels i got in denver at all… we had access to decent amounts of soap, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner. not miniatures ! if you wanna dice miniatures of these things, make them for the two people, not for them to share.

All of the staff were very friendly. The housekeepers kept the room clean throughout our stay. We were going to be staying for several days and asked about an upgrade, we were given an upgrade to a great suite.

We chose the hotel because there was free shuttle to the airport. Unfortunately the shuttle didn't go early enough. The start time of the shuttle should have been announced on the website.
