Not a good stay. Found bugs and a roach came home in a bag after the stay. Bathroom was not clean and toilet didn’t work and wasn’t fixed until the next morning. Hot tub out of se ice and pool dirty

Not the Renaissance brand I know
This property is BEAT UP. They’re losing in the details. Needs a massive refresh and the room quality was really poor for a Renaissance property IMO. I should have known something was off when it was booked, price was good and I assumed it was timing. Never again.

The property itself is very nice. The bar area can be a bit noisy late into the evening, and the sound carries into the rooms (we were on the 6th floor), but outside of that, we were pleased with our stay. The surrounding area has tons of homeless people and feels very unsafe.

The property was very clean. It looked very nice once inside. I arrived late and the property was locked unless you had a room key, which was ok, but the bell/speaker to the front desk wasn’t working properly. The parking garage was supposedly accessible by room key only also, but the gate was broken. It was a bit dark out front and in the parking garage which was what made me feel slightly uncomfortable/unsafe. That plus the few other buildings around had bars on the windows. For a “luxury” hotel it just wasn’t that nice.

All of the staff at the hotel were very friendly. Our room was quiet and clean. Parking was easy and the breakfast was really good. Would definitely stay here again.
