Over all the property was great! It was clean, beautiful and quiet. One thing we were not aware of that could have been an oversight on our part is that neither bedroom had tvs. So the only time you were able to watch tv was in the living room. Another thing is parking can be alittle difficult at times. Other than that things were great.

The place is clean and spacious. Located 10 mins by car to downtown, it was very convenient. Safe neighborhood and building overall. Message to host: provide hangers and basic condiments (salt, pepper). This is helpful for business folks who need to keep their clothes nice and neat.

Hotel is part of an apartment complex. No check-in or "front desk" for hotel. You get a code to get into the hotel and into your room. Covered parking for $30 a night, a little steep but it was very nice not having to worry about street parking. We had a balcony with small mountain views and in a great area with lots of dining options and right next to downtown. Everything you need with a kitchen and kitchen supplies and utensils. Full-size fridge and washer/dryer in unit. Made the stay very convenient and comfy. Would definitely stay here again

Worst process ever
The check in process is beyond ridiculous and not safe for customers, they’re customer service team is completely incompetent and unwilling to help with issues that are faults on their end, I was on the line with their team for over four hours before I got any useful information and the useful information was that they were unable to help per their policy which they danced around but never confirmed until my last moments peaking with them.

Our room was spacious and weak equipped. The bathroom was large with a great shower. Although the shower gel/shampoo/conditioner were of good quality, it was difficult to work the pumps. I could not get the conditioner out at all. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was good quality cotton. The room was modern and tasteful. We found the Roku TV difficult to use and took too much time to find and download shows. There should be at least some good live channels. Bring all your passwords if you want to watch any apps. The heated pool and hot tub were great however, there is nowhere to change at the pool and Sonder doesn’t supply robes in the room. Overall, I highly recommend staying here just remember to bring some basics to snack on and cream for your coffee as there isn’t a store nearby.

Great property to stay at, especially with families or groups. Parking in the garage is easy and convenient. The apartment has everything you need, pots/pans/utensils/plates, a full size fridge and stove top. There is extra bedding for the sofa bed, and there are cabinets on each floor of the building with extra things you may need, such as soap, paper towels, toilet paper. The outside courtyard is adorable and well kept. My only issue was the electronic door lock was hit or miss, but Sonder compensated me for the issues. I would highly recommend staying here!
