Room was totally a disappointment. We had electrical issues the first 4 nights of our stay so had to move rooms (hotel did comp 1 night stay). We switched to a room with no view except of the parking garage next door and in the second room the ac unit was noisy and had blower issues which made it difficult to sleep. The carpets in the hallways looked dirty and not cleaned. There is very little choice of tv channels unless you want to pay for premium movies. The pool closed for the season early during our stay (only second week of Sept) even though temps still were hitting high 80s to 90! The menu of the restaurant was limited.

Unfortunately this was my worst hotel experience ever. The shower hot water didn’t work. They came to fix it and it still took 15 minutes to heat up. I stayed two nights and nobody came to refresh my room with towels or make the bed. The front desk gentleman was so rude when I checked out. Told me to just leave the key on the counter. No “how was your stay?” Or “goodbye”. The laundry must have been near my room and kept me up from 4am onwards. For $240 a night I expect much better service. The room was clean and decent, but the halls and doors are beaten up. There are a lot of homeless people nearby and addicts. A person on the street just decided to throw a beer and it whizzed by my head. Sadly Denver has a serious drug and homeless problem which is not the hotels fault, but I was there alone and did not feel safe walking to the Sheraton by myself to meet family. I have had better stays by far at a Holiday Inn. It was really disappointing for the money:-(

This place was horrible what place do you have to schedule your room 24 hours in advance to be cleaned and when it was "cleaned" ps there is a wine bottle in the window and made it through the "CLEANING". This place charges higher end downtown prices for a getto hotel!! Ps the bar area and restaurant is nice but thats it.
