The stove didn’t work , we got charged and extra 50 dollars for checking in the morning . I booked the hotel for the 27 and they were saying I had to check in at 4 pm which is ridiculous . There was no salt , pepper or anything in the kitchen . No soap or soap bar for the bathroom or lotions like every other hotel . I’m very disappointed

Overall the property and offerings were below average. The room was dirty upon arrival, the breakfast had no allergy safe options, and the hotel was dirty and felt disorganized. The accessible room lacked accessible features. The common areas were noisy and speakers around the property played loud music all day and into the night

Sonesta in Lone Tree was a great place to stay! Staff was super friendly, check in and out was a breeze! Room was clean and well stocked with necessities. I rated it 4 stars, however, because of some financial issues. I booked the room and had put down my debit card to reserve it. When i got there, i charged my credit card and they put the room charge and the refundable deposit. When i checked my debit card, they had pulled a $271 charge. When i asked the front desk about it, she said when the hotel has a busy season, they charge a nights stay for no shows. However, nowhere in the agreement i signed stated this. I was told I couldn't get that reversed until i checked out. Thank goodness i was with my boyfriend and he was able to pay for any expenses foe the remainder of the stay. However, if I was relying on that money for the rest of my trip, I'd be out of luck! Just something to keep in mind. This is definitely a corporate decision so not something the front desk can help fix.

The property as a whole seemed nice. Located in a safe area, though the parking lot is very dark with not much lighting at night. Upon arrival the staff was inviting and pleasant. This stay could have very easily been a perfect review, except for 1 reason. The room itself was absolutely terrible. We walked in to a stench that was nearly overwhelming and the longer we stayed the more problems we had. We reached out to the front desk for a room swap which they informed us was not possible. So we purchased lysol and febreeze to try and scrub everything down in hopes of getting rid of the smell which was unsuccesful. Next we went to use the restroom and noticed the toilet wasnt working. Upon looking at the toilet to see what was going in i noticed a towel rack had been nearly ripped out of the wall and was just barely hanging. We've barely been in this room for an hour and so far, the toilet doesnt work. Towel racks are falling off the walls and the entire room is saturated in a smell that i could best describe as if someone had taken catfish bait and rubbed it into the carpet and walls. They refused to change our room but did sent up mainteneace to clean our garbage disposal and fix our toilet. The toilet was fixed pretty quickly. We eventually purchased glade plug ins and placed them all over the room in a effort to combat the stench that seemed embedded in the walls of this room, which also did not work. We will not stay here ever again. Terrible experience.

Stayed here for two nights with my family and everything was great! Room was clean and the staff was super friendly. There was a fire alarm the second morning due to someone leaving toast in the toaster lol but other than that it was great! Def recommend.
