Good location walking distance to a number of restaurants and bars. Great happy hour Monday-Wednesday with free beer, wine and heavy appetizers. Nice workout facilities and pool/hot tub.

Nothing was as I expected for my family. For starters, it was not blatantly advertised that we would have to pay additional fees for parking and that was a substantial unexpected expense. After providing us with our room key and parking, we come back in with all of our bags to be told that our room is actually already booked to someone else and they did not have another suite that I had booked. They did accommodate with 2 separate rooms, but that was not how we intended to travel so that we was most unpleasant. The pictures presented on this app were very well done bc the hotel itself does not look this way, especially in the way of space and room to move. In most other IHG hotels, there are varied breakfast items that help people with food allergies and this hotel did not have anything half my family could not eat. There was dairy in all of the egg items, and nothing gluten free. The hard boiled eggs were indeed not hard boiled at all, and the oatmeal was hard as a rock, like it was left there each day and simply switched the heat back on. For what we paid for the weekend and what we anticipated, this was a grave disappointment. Did not live up to the IHG standards I had expected from all of our other IHG experiences.

Check in was crazy around 5:30? One kid working the desk. Gave me the wrong room so had to wait in line again and when I let them know they made it seem like I made the mistake...? Showed them my receipt, they still acted like I was going to have to take that room. Acted like they had to ask the manager for the room I reserved? You think for the prices we were paying and the fact we were staying 6 nights, they wouldn't try a switcharoo.. Manager got me the room I requested and handed the key with no apology. Room had stains on the carpet. Kid never explained to me the parking so when I found a spot closer to the front door and not the lot across the street I parked, only to get a giant adhesive sticker of potential towing on my van window, which I'm renting. Who does this! They had my phone number and vehicle information. Now I have to take a razor blade to get that sticker off! Horrible place and way way overpriced!

The hotel room had a great space, clean, comfortable and equipped with a small kitchen. The staff was supportive and friendly. Loved the happy hour service and drinks. I recommend it as a great and economic option.
