This hotel was great. Everything was nice. Room was clean. food was great at the restaurant downstairs, etc. The best part was their staff. Super friendly and accommodating. We had a small issue with our room and they went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of. I highly recommend The Benson!

Was a very nice and pleasant stay with no issues. Everyone of the staff was immensely helpful along with a constant, warm and welcoming smile. It would really help to have a good parking situation that is free and right by the hotel as valet can get a bit tricky when you need to take the car in and out multiple times even though I have to point out that the valet staff was more than helpful. That was my only minor concern. Other than that, everything was perfect, especially the beautiful and cozy rooms.

This is one of the most beautiful hotels I've ever stayed out. The hospitality of the staff is A . Our stay felt just like I was a home away from home. The hotel was sooo clean and restaurant food was top tier. Cliff the hotel staff that checked us in was exceptional. He answered all of our questions and was available with knowledge about local business that we could dine in. Cliff made our stay amazing. This was our first time in Colorado and we will be coming back in the near future to stay at The Benson.

I’m vip and I was told that I was able to check out at 1pm. I received a call on the hotel phone asking when I was checking out, I explained that I was vip and the lady respond was check out time is at 11am. The a/c wasn’t working at all.

Needed a ‘staycation’ for my daughter’s 48 hour EEG at Anschutz, we were shocked that there was no streaming TV in this new hotel! There is only valet parking, as self park is 7 blocks away!

This hotel was really nice. My hard to impress teenager was impressed! The room was great and bed was comfortable. Parking across the street was convenient and reasonable, or they have valet parking. I would stay again!

The front desk was very unhelpful, the courtesy was non existent, we were given a $20 card for booking through Expedia which says “$20 food and beverage credit” we were told we could get coffee at the desk next to the restaurant. I received a receipt for $13.20 for two coffees then told this cannot be used and only in the dining room. It doesn’t state anywhere this and is ridiculous. The hotel was unhelpful in every way.
