There was a bit of a hiccup with check in. But Jackie i believe was her name, was an excellent help she was able to figure it out and make our stay Amazing! Rooms were very spacious and bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed that everything was conveniently walkable.

Still a great spot, but slowly wearing down
We've stayed a few times over the years, this was always one of our favorite hotels, but it's starting to show its age (walls starting to get damaged, roof leaks, bathroom flooring staring to wear), it's probably time to spend some time repainting and updating the room.

Really nice area and nice hotel. I watched the front desk staff answer multiple customers questions for 45 minutes and couldn’t believe how great they were. Above and beyond in every way. Definitely recommend staying here when in Denver.

This property is amazing, friendly helpful staff. Everything is walkable, and the hotel offers complimentary rides within 2 miles. Very clean, quick to help you. Call me Pearl is inside the hotel and is amazing beautiful great staff, amazing cocktails and food is pretty tasty. I would definitely come back.

Friendly staff. Great lobby area and my daughter loved the ice cream happy hour. Free beverage on check-in and lots of restaurants and shops nearby. 7 min walk from union station and 20 min walk to ball arena!
