The hotel is pretty and in a good location. I was “upgraded” to a higher floor but the room had a view of another building. The room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable though the pillows were too soft. The worst part was the AC turned itself off every few hours which meant I couldn’t sleep through the night.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We didn't bring our dogs but enjoyed seeing how pet friendly the hotel and surrounding area were. We will definitely stay again.

Rooms were extremely small for the price paid. Good location and amenities. Also, the lights/electrical to the room was dependent on a .25 plastic card being in the right spot or power stops to thr entire room. Unnecessary and cumbersome. For what this place charges, I’d look at other options in Denver next time.

Amazing (new?) hotel
I don’t remember ever seeing this hotel before… At the nightly price we paid for the room, seems like maybe it was an introductory offer to get the word out. Hopefully the prices don’t jump astronomically- if not, we’ll stay here every time we’re in Denver. The building was gorgeous, inside and out. Service was great, super pet friendly. Absolutely impeccable!

$30.00 Destination Fee
The stay was fine; however, they charge you an extra $30.00 for a destination fee for getting to know Denver. It gave you discounts to stores and places. I asked about it when I checked in and was told that if we do not use it, it would be refunded. I sent a message after our stay asking about and it and now told that it is not refundable whether we use it or not. I think this is a crock and will not stay at this hotel again. Do not stay at this hotel unless you want to pay $30.00 for something you did not want or use.
