You know, it was kind of weird. Our first room had two significant problems (not easily fixed) so we asked to be moved. The front desk clerk wasn't friendly until her boss showed up, at which time we were given another room. Not a perfect room, but better. It was surprising since our previous visit there in Sept was great.

The queen bed is not a tru queen it’s more like a full bed. The pillows are soft and quiet warn out. The staff was helpful and very nice.

Few breakfast options but enough to feed me. Rooms were hard to keep the fan going consistently, and beds were hard to get comfortable on in my opinion. However, the staff was great, very safe area, and beautiful views. Would definitely recommend staying here.

This was probably the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. It’s not due to the hotel itself and the staff. They were trying. But there was a large team staying there over the weekend we were there. They took up the entire lobby the entire time. you couldn’t utilize anything. the hot chocolate/ coffee bar was always empty and a mess. bathrooms were gross. trashes everywhere were stuffed. the team was leaving handprints on the elevators even. and they were loud at all parts of the day and night. we and our baby didn’t get a lot of sleep or get to utilize any part of the hotel that we were paying for. Definitely ruined our entire trip and stay.

We did not stay there because I paid for this for my fiancé to spend two days in Denver with his kids for his birthday and then they told me oh I can’t pay for it even though I’m a Hilton honors member and I called the hotel a couple of days before beforehand to make sure everything was OK with that and then the day of I called and the lady was so rude to me. Then she said that I could not pay for it and then she was rude to my fiancé when he came in so he said you know what I’m going somewhere else.

Taryn was very friendly, helped us with early checkin during lunch while attending our business event. She went above and beyond by recommending Restraunt's for dinner when we asked about the surrounding area. She was professional and courteous with a genuine smile. Her attitude alone made us feel welcome - wish we would have seen her more during our stay.
