The experience was overall okay the continental breakfast was very poor not a lot of variety of healthy choices, standard at best The coffee was the best part of the deal Also the customer service is really lacking of friendliest The rooms are clean but not a place I will go back to

The hotel lobby, room, stairs, elevator, and swimming pool areas were all spotless! We were there about three years ago and although it was a good stay, this time around it was beyond excellent! Great breakfast options too and the staff is beyond friendly!

The hotel was very clean.The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was okay. I do wish that more places would have more gluten-free options. The guy at the front desk was very kind. He even brought up blankets for me & my guest. I did have an issue with the front desk woman with the short black hair. She didn't have a name tag on the whole time.So I had to ask another employee what her name was before I left. Turns out her name is kimberly. She was very rude when we arrived. I was giving her a credit card for the incidentals.She said, oh no, that was a prepaid card. Which it was not. I give her another one.She's like, this is prepaid two, and I said, no.It is not.It's a credit card.Both of them are. She's like, what can you go in and go to the bank?And I said, no, you cannot go in. And even the one that was had a bank was still not a prepaid card.It was & is a credit card. Whatever made her t hink she is the authoritarian of credit cards is beyond me. She said she "would accept my credit card this one time". I said she would have to accept it every time because it is a credit card. It was very uncomfortable, very rude & it made me almost want to just cancel and go find a different hotel. But I had to go to a doctor and I was tired. I used to do front desk several times I know what it takes to be a humane representative and she made me feel like I was just beneath her.

Comfortable minimalism

The front desk was very friendly; Kim. Our room was comfortable only had 1 side table. The climate was good but the fan was so loud we turned it off to sleep. Bed was great. The breakfast selections were good but not hot. We had to wait about 20 minutes for coffee. We were finished eating by then.

I would have given 5 stars for this hotel. But I had two big issues. First, there was no coffee machine in the room. Second, scrambled eggs were not cooked well. And I had to cut bagels by hand. As the breakfast was complimentary, I still would have given 5 stars. But due to coffee issue, I deducted one star.
