Welcome to the Mile-High City! Nestle into our contemporary and freshly furnished guest suite conveniently located just minutes from downtown in the Kobert Flats neighborhood of Denver. With tons of natural light and private outdoor deck, our warm and happy space serves as the perfect urban retreat for your visit to Broncoville!

We are the main residents of the property, and are excited to host you in our newly furnished guest space while you explore the city!

Fun, pet-friendly 70’s home with full kitchen and deck! Your space is the entire main/upper floor of our home! This 900 square foot, 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home is complete with a large eat-in kitchen, generous living room, private deck, & much more! Whether you are traveling for business or vacation, our private guest space has all you need to recharge and relax.

The front door is your own private entrance with a keypad for an easy self-check-in experience! Your space is your own, so feel free to come and go as you please.

The large deck off the kitchen is exclusively for your use.

Please note you will not have access to the fenced backyard below the deck (where you may see our pups) so if you do bring a dog, please be prepared to walk them on a leash in the front yard, since it is not currently fenced.

Free street parking available. Do be attentive to signs that denote monthly street sweeping (2nd Friday of the month) to avoid a parking ticket.

Other things to note
We live on the property and do our best to keep noise at a minimum, but you may hear some noise from time to time. We abide by our moderate cancellation policy.

Please note this is a private upper-level suite, and we live in the basement space of the home.
There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom has a bathtub or shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a desk and a microwave.
