Homeless people around the property yelling screaming in the middle of the night constantly had to monitor vehicle in front of hotel to make sure it wasn’t broken into as high as people literally take turns digging in the dumpster. Hotel was booked as a result of traveling from Grand Junction, Colorado to Denver, Colorado For mothers emergency back surgery surgeons office stated we should be getting a discount if we came in from out of town for surgery. I talked to front desk and they said discount cannot be applied because it was not talked about or brought up when it was booked, and they could not do anything about it .

The hotel and staff were great. We really enjoyed the room and the restaurant. Walking around outside was a little sketchy as there were some very high and mentally unstable individuals that looked like they could become violent. Valet your car and stay in the hotel and you won’t have any problems though. Great value for the money.

Not a difficult walk to where you need to go, 30 minutes average to Union station and Coors Field. Restaurants in walking distance close early. Room missing a few amenities and the bathroom door did not lock. AC was either ice cold or stuffy. Overall was not a bad stay, but not a great one either.

Love this place! The pool is wonderful and Ezra provides great bar service there as well. Beds are comfy, patio is great and the rooms are very spacious along with the bathrooms. Love the convenience of being close to downtown and walking distance to great restaurants and coffee shops!

The hotel was older, but the room was good for our needs. My biggest issue is I was charged for $40 worth of items from the mini bar after my stay with no receipt or notice of the charge. We did not eat anything from the mini bar during our 2 night stay. Spoke to the desk/staff with no resolution or return call. Very disappointed in the level of service at this time as well as the inappropriate charges post-checkout.
