Did not have the room I reserved as it didn’t exist, so they gave me a different random room that was not accessible. The manager lists rooms on Expedia that don’t exist. No hot water in the shower at all at any time of day.

Hard to ever catch someone at the front desk. Had to switch rooms after 1 night because the carpet got wet through the wall from the shower. WiFi was totally unreliable (terrible especially for being a conference center). Breakfast was pitiful - worker didn’t show up and there was nobody that knew how to make coffee. No phones or clocks and there were hardly any outlets in the room. TV remotes didn’t work properly (power & volume had to be controlled on the tv). Everything was fairly dirty and not in good repair.

The pools were great kids had fun but they need to be cleaner!!! Loved they were warm but next day were cooler.! Would be nice to have some Protein with breakfast!! Staff was great

I wish I could give this 0 stars. There was a live mouse in our room. Room 226 to be exact. We were there for an hour with 3 young children and saw something scurry from behind the bed and run behind the refrigerator. Moved the fridge and confirmed it was a mouse. There was also mold behind the fridge, the elevator smelled like urine, and the other hallway smelled like marijuana. Packed back up and left immediately. They did issue a full refund.

The front desk staff was amazing! That is about all I can say that was good. The pool was about a foot short of water, smelled so badly of pee, there was poop in the ship, zero towels. The room, had the last guests garbage left in it. There was no hot water, zero. Cold water and no pool towels, we were microwaving our bathtowels. And unfortunately, our 5 year old ended up with pink eye, and a double ear infection. The whole stay makes me gag.

Horrible experience. The pool area was overwhelming my full with unauthorized kids and adults, yet the staff did nothing to kick people out. Kids were smoking weed in the rooms and public bathrooms. At approximately 9pm there was a shooting near the pool area less than 50 feet from the table my family was sitting at. We had to evacuate the building and ultimately left the property for safety concerns. Worst experience in a hotel.
