The initial experience set the standard for the whole stay. We stood there for 20 minutes before we were even acknowledged. It took another 20 to get checked in, and then we found out the pool closed at 9. So that was valuable time we missed out on. Two sections of the pool were closed and there was no one managing the bar area by the pool..
The room itself was in disrepair. The door wouldn't latch without being forced. Thr bathroom door didnt work at all, the shower had black mold all over, there were dents in the drywall and the curtains had holes in them. I could go on further, but there is no point.
The breakfast was a complete joke.. half frozen pre-packaged muffins and some cereal.
The entire hotel needs to be deep cleaned and repaired, the staff needs retrained or replaced.
