The hotel shows its age. They have done a remodel and the bathroom was nice. But, due to the nature of having a water park in the middle of the hotel, you can tell they battle moisture issues. Huge fans were blowing down the hall the entire time we were there.
The breakfast was not great, with only one waffle maker working, and the juice dispenser was inoperable. So, they brought out jugs of juice, and it was a brand I've never heard of. The options were pancakes, sausage links, and hash brown patties, along with a waffle (if you were willing to wait). You could also tell that staffing was an issue, as it often took a while for food or drinks from the restaurant. It also took a while for the staff to get around to cleaning things, so tables were often sticky.
The redeeming thing was the water park. The kids had a blast and we enjoyed the adults only hot tub.
