The hotel need updates! The bathroom in my room wasn’t clean. The hallways look like they weren’t vacuumed in weeks. The pool area was covered in mold. The walls, the ceilings, the rocks above around the hot tub that barely worked and was filthy. The pool was cloudy.

How to change bedsheets at 10:30 at night when went to go to bed because they were full of other people’s hair. Rooms were dirty. We had a joining room and their doors weren’t locked so if somebody wanted to try to access our room they could have.

Just okay

The carpets throughout the hotel were gross, the hot tub jets weren’t all working. The water was FREEZING. The room was clean and smelled nice. The front desk staff told us wrong info about the pool age limits and was short with us. She wasn’t friendly. She did bring us extra pillows and blankets which was nice, but said we would have to grab.
