As a private pool, there is no lifeguard. Swim at your own risk and please do not allow minors in or around the pool unless accompanied by a responsible adult.

Backyard - The backyard has outdoor chairs & loungers. There is also an outdoor dining table and a BBQ grill.

PARKING:
Parking is available for 4 vehicles in the driveway. (Please note: Guests do not have access to garage).

Per the city of Destin, there is absolutely no parking on grass, sidewalk, or streets. Local authorities rigorously enforce it.

*For our little travelers, we provide a Pack-n-Play & High Chair.

*Beach Gear: We provide extra beach chairs, beach towels & beach toys.

THE HOME:
Upon entering the home, the open floor plan offers a spacious living room with a Smart RokuTV, dining room and a large, well-equipped kitchen. Off the kitchen is the laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer and large pantry. The first bedroom is just off the downstairs living room, and features a king bed and a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination just next door.

Up the stairs, the second (primary) bedroom is just straight ahead. It features a king bed and private balcony. The ensuite bathroom has a double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a soaker tub. The third bedroom is down the hall and features a king bed. Just across the hall is a full bathroom (with a shower/tub combination) and can serve guests of this room. Head down the hall to find the fourth bedroom ideal for younger guests with a twin/twin bunk and a double/double bunk (with twin trundle). There is also a full bathroom with shower. Take a right to find the fifth bedroom suite, complete with a king bed and private ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Just past the bunk area, the sixth bedroom suite features a king bed and private ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

The 3rd floor game room features a foosball table, arcade, a mini fridge, Smart TV with Roku, boardgames and a large rooftop deck with gorgeous views.

Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, which features a private pool and a Smart TV. There's a private balcony. Flat out Beauty !
Just absolutely loved it. Close enough to the beautiful beaches ( maybe 2 blocks) but far enough to keep the sand out of the house. The 3rd floor game room and rooftop deck are to die for. We will go back for sure !!!!

Our stay couldn’t have been more perfect! The house was huge and a great floor plan for our family. It came equipped with everything we needed. Beautiful home, so spacious, clean, and comfortable! The game room and rooftop deck were a hit with all of the kids. Three generations together for vacation, we enjoyed every minute of our time at the beach ( a three minute walk), and fun times in the pool, easy, close dining, and nearby attractions! We come to Destin-area almost annually and this was by far the best place we’ve stayed. The hosts are great and very communicative with answering any questions and assuring the best stay possible. 10/10, would recommend to anyone. 1st floor is very spacious for a big group and the pool is so refreshing after a long day at the beach. Perfect for Families
Absolutely loved this house! Was just two blocks from the beach with a sidewalk the whole way. The street leads directly to a beach access which was perfect. One side of the upstairs area has a door in the hallway so you can shut the door to that wing of the house, which includes two of the bedrooms and the bunkroom and the upstairs playroom. It was perfect for my sister, her husband and their two kids. The only thing I would note for anyone looking at this who is going to use the bunk beds for kids is that they are not in their own room. They are out in the open upstairs and to get to one of the bedrooms you have to walk through the bunk room. We paid to have the pool heated and it was amazing. It heated the water perfectly for the cooler evenings. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this house!

Amazing and Relaxation
This was spring break for us but a much-needed relaxation trip. We both pastor a congregation of 400 members and own 4 preschools (389 kids). If anyone needs a break it is us. We had our grands ranging age 2 through 14 years their parents came up Wednesday. I will recommend this home to any family. We are totally in love with this house and feel like we didn't have enough time (even though from being there almost a week). The owners were amazing in communication and sent over a care package of cookie crumble. The kids and adults love this. Definitely would consider staying here again.

This property is immaculate! A group of us stayed the weekend for my birthday and it was more than we could have ever asked for. The location is wonderful. The service and communication with Robert and Kourtney were outstanding. We didn’t want to leave. Accommodations are perfect for a large group and the amenities were honestly mind blowing. It was like being in my own home. This place was incredibly well kept with every amenity you can imagine. Worth every penny and I would 1000000% stay again or recommend someone to stay here. Cannot say enough good things! We raved the entire weekend!
