I like the quality and luxurious facilities and I didn't;t like the spaces around the property cause it was dirty and unbuilding

Very helpful staff and good buffet breakfast.

We booked a junior suite for a week long stay at this remarkable hotel. Breakfast had a verity of option, we loved abundance of fresh juices. Staff were highly responsive and addressed all our requests efficiently. It is obvious from our experience that this hotel is well managed. Thank you Hyatt Al kout, we loved our stay.

Very close to the mall. Unfortunately, the pool was closed :( during winter
