Staff are amazing and couldn’t do enough for you, very clean and comfortable and would stay there again when next in palu.

From the black mould around my sink in my room, to a restaurant patio covered with 7 or 8 dirty tables and no other patrons around for over an hour, to them lying in their Expedia listing saying they offer an area shuttle and a FREE airport shuttle - this place was horrible to stay at and I never will again. I was warned not to go here and instead to Swiss Bell or something, and I should have listened. For the shuttle, I’d understand if it was just out of service that day or something - but multiple staff said they have not had a shuttle for over a year. A YEAR! To have that in your listing as a selling feature to help me make my decision to stay there, is clearly not just a mistake or an oversight, it is intentional deceit and fraudulent. They charged us 50k for the FREE airport shuttle. Go anywhere else - and beg the staff to go with you. They were nice, but unfortunately could not do anything and didn’t have the supplies or tools to fix things, so they did the best they can with smiles. Unfortunately it just wasn’t enough.

The room was nice and modern. You can use Netflix on their TVs. The hotel was kind enough to let me check in a little bit earlier so I wouldn't have to wait hours for the regular check in time. They have coffee and gelato and other choices in their dining area. Overall, I had a great experience and the staff is very kind.

We love coming here each year but it seems to be going down in standards. Many rooms have air conditioning that does not work so we had to change until we got a good one. Bathrooms need better cleaning as well as pool. Some staff were great, some not so great. The food was quite good. Breakfast, view and pool great value for price. The lasagne they had in 2015 was amazing..bring back the old chef. Please put hand soap in rooms. I should not have to demand it after being told to use the pump soap in shower!! People need to wash hands after toilet!!! So shocked to see cotton buds, toothbrushes, hair cap in bathroom but no hand soap for sink in any room!! Next year I will try out other hotels.
