The food in Siem Reap was a highlight of my trip and a delightful adventure in itself. Staying at a hotel that offered local dishes allowed me to immerse myself in the culinary culture of Cambodia. I enjoyed exploring the vibrant night markets, where I sampled a variety of street foods, from skewered meats to fresh spring rolls. One evening, I attended a cooking class that taught me how to prepare traditional Cambodian dishes, which was both fun and educational. Dining at local restaurants, I savored the flavors of Cambodia, culminating in a memorable meal at a rooftop restaurant overlooking Angkor Wat. Each meal was a celebration of the rich culinary traditions of this region.

This hotel is beautiful. The breakfast is great with different options to choose from, from omelets and waffles to local Cambodian food. The people working in the hotel were all very kind and respectful. I had an issue with the air conditioning being loud and they sent someone to fix it within 5 minutes. We attended the New year Eve Gala and it was awesome. Great food, drinks, it was beautifully decorated , the live band played cool music and we danced the night away. Oh and the pool is amazing!

Staff were lovely and attentive. Room was large and clean with lovely appointments. Didn’t need to ask for anything. Close to bar street and numerous food and shopping options. Nice to have good communication and the room explained to u and a full mini bar. Lots of bonuses to keep your costs down.
