Ukraine Hotels with Parking

Everything was completely comfortable. No extra service I asked for was too much trouble. This hotel met all my expectations. Kyiv has a midnight curfew. After this time, you must stay inside, though a hotel can keep its services and bar open. At the last place I stayed here, there were only a couple of people at the bar, but here, everyone came down to the bar to socialise. You can order the full menu of food until 2:00am.

Excellent staff, so helpful, a lovely man who greeted you as you arrived also walked us to the nearby shop to change up some money. We felt very safe and the hotel also has a shelter which we didn’t expect. The air alarms did not go off once compared to staying in central Kyiv. The hotel is also very clean and luxurious, the rooms were lovely we even had a balcony. Excellent stay!!

Reception made a small mistake during my check in and was very apologetic. They upgraded my room and gave me a free drink voucher. I appreciate the compensation although I do wish I would have been offered credit for my next stay. The upgraded room didn’t feel all too upgraded to me. It was a city view room which was fine, but I preferred the atrium view. And the drain in the bathroom tube would gurgle. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The staff was all very friendly and accommodating. I plan to stay here every time I come to Kyiv.

Really can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Stayed here two separate times and both times had excellent service. From the location to staff to cleanliness it really is quite a gem.
