Everything was excellent except the floors are tiled throughout the rooms. The problem with this is that other guests who come into the rooms above you at night while you are trying to sleep make a horrendous noise dragging their suitcases around. If we ever stay here again we will request a room on the 4th and uppermost floor and away from the stairs and elevators. Late night noise is an issue.

The king room was small but cozy! I loved everything about the hotel. The property is well kept. Everything still looks new!! NOTE: I did notice quite a few people walking from the other hotel across the parking lot to enjoy breakfast.

Stayed at Avid hotels in the Midwest numerous times. First time at the one in Warren. I was expecting similar quick and easy breakfast options however that wasn't the case. Fruit was few and nearly rotten.
