Friday night people above us were extremely loud and disrespectful I called at 1100 then at 1215 went downstairs at 1 still going at 2 after security as them to calm down we had to change our rooms which was a inconvenience with us getting comfortable and removing all luggage and things in fridge and etc and also my mom is 73 years old and not feeling well at the time Next day we in other room left went out to hang with family member’s came home around 12 still making noise so called again Then quieted down after 130 this was not a good visit at all and I’m extremely upset and feel we should be reimbursed for this matter

Definitely a great option!

They had great and varied breakfast options. The eggs were actually GOOD for once lol. It was a little cold in our room and a little humid but the bed was very comfortable and the blankets were thick so we slept great.

Food was ok. Bed comfort was ok. Internet access was ok. Transport access was ok, too. The thing I don't like was when the clerk checked us in to our first room, (after a long day of traveling, you want to come to a clean room ready to settle down and rest) as soon as we opened the door to the room the bed was not made, the bathroom has towels on the floor, we left to see the clerk again. The second room the clerk asigned us to, the room has its dead bolt turn on to prevent the door to close. we were a little afraid to enter but a soon as we push the door open we saw the room was cleaned and thinking the cleaning person must have forgotten to close it. Over all, rating is average and like the saying says, "You get for what you pay."

The streaming from our iPad and phone was not working. The qrcode kept taking us to join IHG instead of let us stream from our devices. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast food was good but I missed have potatoes in the morning with my eggs. Also did not have any cream cheese only butter.

On way to hotel hot notice it was cancelled ..check n was at 3 when I arrived between 310/330 no rooms available ( we not cleaned )… Was not Aware of deposit hold may take up to 30 days to return … only enough towels for 2 told clerk there was 4 .. got back to hotel asked for more towels was told they had none and I was just going to have to wait and take a shower in the morning (wow telling a customer when they can take a shower never heard of such a thing …unexceptionable ) and no toilet paper these are just a few

They don’t clean rooms, even after requested. Stayed for 12 nights, and out of 12 nights they only cleaned 3 times - and that’s after requesting them multiple times. Very careless housekeeping people. Even if they clean, they wont vacuum or wipe down the tables etc. They will just make the bed and leave (literally).
