It was quiet. It's very outdated. Bathroom faucets were nasty looking. I didn't even use the shower. Tile floor felt sticky. Breakfast bar was non existent. Elevator door would close halfway, open then close. After one try I took the stairs. Stairwell was very dirty. Id pass on staying here.

Never stay past 11 am!!!! Mind you their check in is at 3 pm check out at 11 am. I understand some people will sleep over their check out time because whatever they dos the night before but if you are one of those people they will unlock your door and come in unannounced not caring what circumstances you’re in which has hardened to me 2 times!! Never will i ever stay at this place again !

This place is horrible me and my fiance had to exchange rooms cause the first one was filthy and second wasn't to much better. I booked the room trying to have a nice time with her the pictures thats showing on the app look nothing like the real thing jacuzzi tub jets dont work bathroom was dirty toilet shower like wow hair band aids stuck on wall of shower hair around and on the back of toilet..you guys should take them off of your app!! Drug dealers and drug users wondering around the property all day and night in and out doors just terrible and unsafe.

Within two days i had 2 different rooms . The first room was okay even tho there was a water bottle left from whoever was previously there and an unfit toilet seat. With the second room there was crumbs and cereal left on the nightstand from who was previously there which was very unsanitary

Never again....
First impression was how dirty the check in area is and no air conditioning. Be prepared to pay a $30 deposit upon checking in even if you already paid in full when making the reservation. The elevator didn't sound safe. My room look like it had blood stains on the rug on both sides of the bed. The tv channels didn't even match the guide and not very many to choose from. No in room coffee maker. Continental breakfast was a joke.....coffee machine looks old and no creamer. Only waffles and toast, milk and o.j. I'm very disappointed with this visit and will be my last which is a shame because I have stayed there for the last 10+ yrs. I did get my deposit back only after I had to wait while someone went to check the room.

Let’s not pretend this is the 4 Seasons. It’s a basic room with no frills. If you need a place to crash for the night, this would be it. I will say there was fresh brewed coffee on the lobby. Unfortunately I slept through to be able to try it out.

The overall feel of the property is that it needed a major refresh. The bathroom fixtures worked but were cheap and 1980’s dated. The light fixtures were plastic barely hanging on. The carpeting needed to be ripped up. The clientele seemed a little seedy.

Baymont on 13 Mile Rd in Roseville, MI is a horrible place to stay. The rooms were dirty and filthy. The bathroom look like it had not been cleaned in years. The shower curtain was molded. There were stuff on toilet. Let’s not mention the fact when we checked in there were prostitutes out front. There were guys hanging all out in front of the hotel. We felt very unsafe. Even the outside property was dirty. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. If I could have gotten my money back I would have and we had about 10 rooms rented, the rooms on the website does not reflect how the hotel look in person. Do not book this hotel. You will not be satisfied at all. The staff was also very rude.
