Dirty, lack of basic necessities, inconvenient experience. Bags of trash remained overnight on the floor, in the hall, outside of a room, just as we walked out of the elevator; there was NO shower curtain in our room - we had to put up our own shower curtain!; our key did not allow us to enter a side door and we had to walk around to the front door; we requested extra towels and we told we had to come down to the front desk to retrieve them - from the 14th floor!!
