The hotel was ok the floor was dirty when we came. No remote when we arrive in the room. Ask the supervisor about the remote she ask me where was it like I stole it. Not the hotel fault but it was alot going on with alot of kids running up and down the Hallways. Kids yelling, screaming getting into fights. Walls are so thin I was hearing people having sex in the other room while I was trying to sleep.

I was pleasantly surprised. Excellent hospitality. Check-in was easy. All employees were fun and friendly. We were very pleased with our room. It was convenient to many restaurants, etc. Rooms were clean and quiet. We would definitely return. Easy parking. Uber was available. Food delivery was available. We were impressed with breakfast options.

Nasty pool

The pool was disgusting!!!! And when we told them they said it was normal we only booked the room to swim and felt very uncomfortable to do so. But the ladies at the desk was very kind when checking us in and greeting us but I definitely wouldn’t waste any money of swimming is your goal.
I thought I took more photos but as you can see very green and murky and stuff floating on top it won’t let me post my video.

Worst hotel every the front desk lady was so rude and nasty from the moment we entered the hotel, she just didn’t care about helping us.

We spent almost 400$ on the room and we had no cable channels. The internet was horrible! It was my Fiancé 38th birthday and I was so embarrassed! I think we should be reimbursed for at least 1 night. Also the toilet overflowing. I definitely didn’t enjoy my stay!!
