Had a difficult experience with Expedia that even after calling no one could fix until I checked in. The receptionist was kind, knowledgeable and respectfully resolved our issue immediately, with zero additional monies. She was a lifesaver! Our dtr’s 16th birthday was a success thanks to her! Love our IHG family! Thanks again, Sky! Hopefully, they keep you moving on up! We will be back!
