The on-site amenities and Sound Board venue were convenient. A great view from my room on the 8th floor! Not much near the hotel within walking distance and felt a little unsafe walking around the neighborhood. Seemed like the carpets in the room and hallway could have been cleaner, but an overall nice stay :)

Great room, clean and staff are friendly! The hotel itself is expensive and that is a downside compared to others around. Would recommend if youre looking for accessability to the downtown and there is also a free shuttle/Valet included!

The people who work here are not so friendly. I understand Detroitans have it rough, but hospitality should be a part of their training since they are in fact in the hospitality industry. They should also double check their towels before folding since both our bathrobe and a towel here and there had lipstick on them. Just gives you a gross feeling. They don’t have very many vegan options. They say they do, but had run out of everything in the restaurant. The exercise facility is nice. The room overall was nice but I was fine most of the day for work and it was nice to come to a comfy bed. You have to request housecleaning as well. It’s not automatic.

This is a great place to see a concert. We were able to get a wristband and ride a free shuttle to Little Caesars. And get picked up. Our hotel was beautiful and clean and very comfortable. We will definitely be back.

My only slight disappointment was the room didn’t feel like it was deep cleaned in a while, it was dusty and carpet stained. The bathroom floor had some debris left behind.
