Stayed to attend a concert at the Masonic Temple down the road. Zero complaints had a wonderful stay. Would definitely come again.

Out dated hotel / casino. Hotel is unkept, dirty, stained carpet. If you want to be transported back into the 90’s, this is the place for you. All of the restaurants close early, no in-room dining options. Staff is rude, unhelpful and entitled. Absolutely worse customer service! Not worth the price.

Stayed here for an event at Little Caesars arena and was pleasantly surprised to find they will shuttle you there for events and bring you back. So much to do here that you really don't even have to leave the hotel/casino. I can't wait to go back. Had the best bath in their luxury tub too!

It was a very pleasant stay,comfortable,clean room. I would like to give a shout out to Anthony,a hotel valet,who was the epitome of professionalism who always greeted me even if it was just to talk trash(lightly) about my Yankees and his Tigers.

Quick access from highway. But the location around the hotel is very deserted and does not have much until you drive out a bit. Entrance to the hotel is very confusing, the big entrance was blocked by their own parked shuttles all the time. Inside you are greeted with smoke. But thankfully the rooms are smoke free and the staff were prompt to deliver water, dental and grooming kits. There was no room service and it seems our room was set to dnd (not by us) and did not receive cleaning.

Check-in staff was nice, checkout staff was exceptional. Very helpful, and vibrant personalities. Hotel room had women’s hair ties on the carpet, furniture was dinged and dirty. Light switches, corners of walls, weren’t clean. Bedding was clean and comfortable though.
