Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Not exactly luxurious, but it was fine. Didn't love the layout. Three women getting ready, only one cramped mirror space. Check-in was pretty bad. Desk clerk had stepped away and there were about ten of us waiting 15 minutes to check in. Clerk was unfriendly and terse.

I paid for an upgrade but the 2 front desk clerks don't know how to read their screen. They both argued I was wrong, until they found the charge. And neither clerk apologized. They act like it's petty for me to expect to get the room I paid for, but it's not petty for me to be charged. No refund has been given for the upcharge. A complaint was emailed, no response from management.

The room was clean as was the bathroom and other than some candy wrappers on the floor of the elevator, the rest of the hotel was clean as well. I would stay here again for the price.
