We only spent one night as we were in town for a baseball game when our hometown team played the Tigers. Hotel was very nice, front desk staff was great, valet people were good, although very busy. We didn't go to the restaurant as we wanted to try Detroit pizza, so we ordered pizza delivery! Overall, a great trip!!

Hotel was beautiful & the staff was amazing. The only issue was other guests letting their doors slam & talking loud in the hallway. I could also hear a clicking noise that I believe was associated with the elevator, otherwise it was the perfect place.

THE PEOPLE!!!! They were all amazing! EVERYONE on staff was professional, engaging, smiling, courteous and frankly nice to converse with. Valet, breakfast waiter and the wonderful girl who took my smoothie order to go. My waitress in the evening was amazing. The young woman behind the counter when you walk in were so accommodating so friendly made me feel at home. I love this place.
