Pool was gross. Hot tub not working. Mattress on beds terrible and soft (back is a wreck.) Tons of screaming children running around the property. Water pressure in shower meager. Bath fixtures loose and wobbly. Previous guests hair throughout the bathroom and guest room. Parking structure under construction and in horrendous condition-good luck finding your way after dark. This is a sad reminder that there was a nice hotel here once. We won’t choose Westin again.

Pool was filthy with murky water. Hot tub was dame temperature as pool and u clean as well. There were an abundance of children running thru the halls yelling at all hours. Staff was notified and taken care of briefly.
