A great hotel on a perfect location. There is a side which has ocean view rooms and these are great. But all rooms are nice. Great restaurant. Very helpful staff. Beside the hotel is a beautiful wooden walk-bridge which gives an amazing view on Mercy River. Easy acces. Nice park in front of hotel. Loved it

Disappointing room service
I stay here for the room service as a little treat on my business trips. They usually offer two different menus (one in house, one for the asian restaurant downstairs). This stay they had a very limited menu, and after calling front desk and room service multiple times without anyone picking up - I was told that the menu items that were listed on the tv menu were no longer actually on the menu. A really very disappointing experience, and will not return to stay here as it's not worth the cost.
