I stayed for a little over a week for business. The parking garage ticket machines did not take American Express even though it said they did. Signage in parking garage was not very clear for foreigners. The air conditioning in the room was terrible and did cool at all even though the thermostat said 16, which was not true. The fruit flys at the bar were very annoying and $8 for a coke was ridiculous! Comfortable bed and nice shower were the only highlights.

Surprisingly good hotel for airport hotel. Good room, en suite and even restaurant.Breakfast one of the netter ones we had in Germany. Didn't really expect this. Really good shuttle service.

Very nice room and enjoyed the burger at the lobby lounge restaurant. Only negative if that the air conditioning was on full blast yet barely noticeable. But most other places in Germany don’t even offer air conditioning so at least they tried? Other than the warm it was a great and very convenient and affordable stay near the Frankfurt airport. It was actually much fancier than I expected for the price. Would definitely stay again.

Great hotel, got upgraded to executive room for Gold VIP access from Expedia. Check in was great, the gentleman told us about the restaurant and bar and pool with gym. AC worked great and the noise was minimal from the planes. Only downside is nobody to take a call after 9 pm to get iron and ironing board and the 10€ VIP perk voucher cannot be used for breakfast but FD in the morning gave us coffee and pastry in leu of that. Would gladly and happily stay again!

The website gave a specific airport exit for where to get on the shuttle bus. That information was wrong. The bus passed me by and refused to stop. So I had to figure it out from airport signs, costing me delay in getting to the hotel. Once at the hotel, I was in line to check in when the clerk closed her counter, forcing me to go to the back of a different line. They should never close a counter when people are standing in line for it. The hotel restaurant is quite expensive and there are no alternatives within walking distance. Overall, the price was not bad and the free shuttle was helpful. The hotel is fine but nothing special. I know of better options at this airport and do not plan to stay here again.

have had mine, as I don’t think it was totally cleaned. The room was dark with many tiny LED light bulbs burned out, and some lamps did not work. The bed had flat feather pillows, no top sheet, and a duvet that was too small. I couldn’t figure out how to adjust the air conditioner, and no one ever answered at the front desk or housekeeping. Linens in the bathroom were inadequate. I would never recommend this hotel!!
