A piece of heaven
I cannot say enough good things about my wonderful stay in Dilijan, and it was because of the excellent hospitality provided by Casanova Inn. The place is so charming and peaceful, and the meals some of the best anywhere. The staff was so friendly that I did not feel I was in a hotel, I felt I was at home with family. They care about each of their guests and go out of their way to provide the best Dilijan experience possible. The owner, the managers, the workers all were top notch. Friendships were formed, and I did not want to leave. We had many nice talks, and they even arranged an unforgettable excursion with barbecue high up in the mountains. This was a real highlight of my entire trip. I would return to Casanova anytime and recommend it highly!

The hostess was really hospitable. This was the most amazing stay I have ever had. The breakfast i was served made me feel like royalty. The scenery was breathtaking! I will be back while I am still living in Armenia.

A wonderful family-owned hotel with all amenities, in what is arguably the nicest town of Armenia, with lots of activities in the mountains. Try to get the junior suite. On my next trip, I will book this hotel again. Great breakfast, very good dinner and lunch (but reserve and order in advance, because the fresh ingredients take time to prepare). Place is good and clean with good food. Breakfast was good as well. Only negative thing i can say is that they charged us 9000 amd for the same exact bottle of wine that others guest houses and hotels charge us 5500 for. No big deal though

Absolutely loved everything about this friendly hotel, where we were made to feel like friends of the family. Every dish we tried in the restaurant was delicious and obviously prepared with love. Amazing breakfast spread. A bit of a walk or cheap taxi ride from town centre but absolutely worth it. We just wish we could have stayed longer

Great experience coming to Casanova Inn. The view is amazing. and the hotel itself is a pleasure. They also cook great food on the hotel premises that you can get a la carte. Do not be dismayed by the road conditions leading up to the hotel. This is Armenia afterall. Once you go through the main door, you'll see why so many of us reviewers gave the hotel max stars.

I loved staying in this cozy Inn in Dilijan. It was winter during our visit, so we weren't able to see the beautiful gardens they have, but we could tell the grounds were well kept and would be gorgeous in the summer. Our view of the mountains was breathtaking and the hotel staff were hospitable and lovely. We enjoyed our breakfasts and dinners there. The owner was also helpful in finding us taxi's and helping us plan our hikes! I would highly recommend this Inn any time of the year!

Beyond expectations!
We were so amazed by this place! This is a hidden oasis! Owner Gerasim treats the guests as VIPs, we felt very pampered! The house breaths family history and traditional Armenian hospitality! The garden is blooming with flowers, the food is Michelin star quality and the owner even cooked for us himself. The breakfasts are absolutely amazing! Special kudos to Gerasim and the team, keep up the great work that you do! I hope that local authorities will fix the road to the property, as this hotel is a pearl of Dilijan.
