Classified 4*, this 16th century building has 140 m² spread over 3 levels and has all the necessary comfort for a successful stay: a living room, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and one with its own bathroom as well as two shower rooms.

Located in a pleasant area to live, this home is composed as follows:

Ground floor:
- A beautiful dining room with a large reception table with seating for 8.
- A very cosy living room with a sofa, armchairs, a coffee table, a table with 2 seats, a TV, a sink and a decorative fireplace.
- A kitchen, open to the living room and fully equipped: fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, Senseo coffee pod maker...

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm)
- Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm)
- Bedroom 3: a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm) and a trundle bed (2 beds 90 cm x 190 cm) with an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and washbasin.
- A shower room with a shower, a washbasin, storage space and a toilet.
- Separate WC.

Second floor:
- Bedroom 4: large attic room with exposed beams where you will find two spaces with a king-size bed (180 cm x 200 cm) on one side and a pull-out bed (2 beds 90 cm x 190 cm) on the other side, accessible by 3 steps, a child's desk and coffee table, a TV.
- A shower room with a shower, a washbasin, storage space and a toilet.
