When my son and his family went to their room well after check in time, they found the room was not cleaned and prepared. They did this with three more rooms before they finally got a room. It was a frustrating and embarassing experience.

Expedia site said check in was 1pm. Got there at check in 3pm. I told the check in person and said"Expedia doesn't listen to what we say" . No blanket for sofa bed. Key cards didn't work when we checked in.

It was ok.
Had to wait about 10 minutes after ringing the desk bell & calling the hotel to get checked in. Room was very clean and spacious. We've had better breakfast service at other Holiday Inns. We didnt get any milk for cereal after making a request and all serving utensils were piled up on top of each other.
