The building is very old an tacky, it definitely needs an update, The room condition was not so clean, it was very worn out and had very old and stiff towels and also had old and dirty looking pillows.. When I booked this hotel, I was expecting to see a city and a river view, but instead, we got a view of the fields but no city or river view. The only positive part of the whole hotel, was their swimming pool a friendly staff.

Bir gece konakladık. Deneyimim kısıtlı bu yüzden. Genel olarak temiz bir otel diyebiliriz. Odaların büyüklüğü de yeterli. Fiyat/performans olarak da biraz yüksek bulduk. Kahvaltı fiyatı ise ayrı bir konu. Kişi başı yaklaşık 15 euro.

Her anlamda mükemmel bir otel. Konumu harika. Temizliği muhteşem. İstanbul’da yaşan Bir Diyarbakırlı aile olarak şehrimiz ile gurur duymamı sağladınız ve çok keyifli bir konaklama deneyimi yaşattınız çok teşekkür ederiz. Asıl biz çok mutlu eden olay rezervasyon esnasında konaklamamız kahvaltılı mıydı kahvaltısız mıydı hatırlayamadığım için çıkışta resepsiyon görsvlisi ismini maalesef almayı unuttuğumuz beyfendinin kahvaltısız ancak lütfen buyrun size kahvaltı ikram edelim demesi Diyarbakır misafirperverliğini göstermesi adına da çok kıymetliydi. Hasan Paşa Hanına rez yapmıştık zaten ama bu jestleri çok şıktı.

Otel çok temiz, diğer Wyhndham otelleri ile aynı kalitedeydi. Eski Diyarbakır’a yürüyerek gidebiliyorsunuz. Kahvaltısı yöreye uygun nitelikte ve kalitelidir. Personel çok nazik ve saygılıydı.

Dieses Hotel tut nichts fuer Touristen die dort fuer ein Zimmer bezahlen.Das Personal ist apatisch.Weder WLAN noch Fernseher funktionieren auf dem zimmer.Bei Reklamationen sagt der Chef " ich weiss, kein WLAN. Kein TV. Pech gehabt." Das ist Betrug. Dabeben werden laufend Tagungen und Hochzeitsveranstaltungen im Hotel abgehlten, da lauft alles.Aber Touristen? Zahlen vlel Geld und werden betrogen.DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!
