I didn’t think it was good service that right after I checked in my card to my room didn’t work to open the door. Someone from guest service then told me afee getting me into my room he’s being me another card in 5-10 mins and 30 mins went by and I heard nothing and then had to go down myself

My wife and daughter stayed here for just a few hours on a layover flight. But they loved their stay and wished it had been longer. Regular complimentary airport shuttle on the hour. Great communication by Thinn from the hotel both before and after their stay. My family had a great experience.

A nice facility with friendly staff, a large pool and nice deck, and several dining options. A shuttle was available to transfer from/to the airport. The only thing that brings it down a little is the smell of stale smoke in the hotel corridors leading to the bedrooms.

It was a good stay, I love the location and their breakfast selection is wonderful. I asked for early check in and got the immediate positive response. The only issue i found, shower valve was broken. Over all a good hotel.

I loved the personal service and attention given to me Because I had called the hotel to confirm shuttle service a week earlier, I was met at the shuttle area with a representative carrying a sign, my name on it and he provided most helpful assistance. Likewise I was treated royally at the front desk. The room was great, lovely big bathroom with large tub. It was hard to find how to switch the overhead lights on, but I could have asked. As a woman traveling alone at night,this level of service was wonderful and made my airport transfers so much easier.

The breakfast is very varied and well supplied. The staff takes great care. But, the hotel has an old decoration. The furniture, armchairs in the reception and the dining room are old style. Paint is missing in other areas such as going to the swimming pool. We were given an extension of stay with a discount to match the online reservation but we had the unpleasant surprise of having to pay 100 Qatari Riyal for breakfast. There are many things to improve for the standard
