Stayed for 2 nights with my 10 year old daughter. We both had a fantastic stay, we had everything we needed, beds were warm and very comfortable, enough lighting for bedtime reading, ensuite was spacious and the little toiletries offered were lovely. The tea and coffee selection was great, even hot chocolate and jammy dodger biscuits! Black out curtains and a great view of the shops and ferris wheel. Plenty of hangers provided, iron and flat screen tv. Also on each floor there was vending machines and microwave. Everything was clean and tidy and the staff were very helpful and pleasant. All the boutique shops were a lovely touch, some great gifts to buy and plenty of choice of eateries. Wildlife park entrance was literally a 5 min walk from the hotel. Definitely will come and stay again.

Second stay here and we will be back again (but without breakfast!) lol… i only give 4 stars as both times we have stayed the cooked breakfast has been stone cold. We weren't late down 8am (served 7-10.30) The first time we chalked it up to how busy it was but this time it wasnt and it was still stone cold. And dont use the vending machine it charged me for 2 extra items i didn't have 🙈 (joys of technology) but I cant fault the lovely staff, the room, cleanliness of the hotel or anything else at all its perfect and we will definitely be back a third time before the year ends :)

We chose to stay here for three reasons: it was a half way stop on our trip to Scotland, it has EV charging points and it is very reasonably priced. However, it turned out to he so much more than that. I can highly recommend it for all it's facilities, the cleanliness, the excellent staff, the food..... everything about it is first class.

Really pleasant stay. Rooms nice and clean and you can’t hear the room next to you.. beds were really comfortable. I would recommend paying for the resort view as it really made a difference for us.
