Night 1 woken at 03:35am faulty alarm. Night 2 Woken again following morning 7:30am alarm. In room instruction to evacuate if alarm sounded more than 10 seconds. Unsure what to do as alarm continued longer than 10seconds??? No advice or instruction. Squeaky bed, no spoons in room to make own coffee.

Loud lift can be heard in room 405
Stayed in room 405, it backs on to the lift. You can hear people talking and the floor announcements in the lift from the bedroom and it’s almost like they are in the bathroom with you.

We seen lots of hotels for work and pleasure, and this hotel was really clean with very friendly staff. The room was nice but only thing that let it down was the mattress and pillow, which both felt a bit below average.
