No dock Access
Chose this location for the Access to the river. Wasn’t able to get to the river. Unfortunately the dock was washed up. Weeds very tall in back yard. Most of the windows didn’t have screens on them.

Disappointing
We would never stay here again. This is one of the worst rentals we’ve ever experienced. It was very dirty and rundown. The pictures posted seem to be quite old. We had an issue while we were there. The contact information posted in the house was incorrect. The contact information emailed to us was incorrect. The property management company was utterly useless. The view from the backyard was nice and peaceful and the hot-tub was enjoyable.
This is the bed meant for someone that wants to stay in the laundry room.

House is right on the river, 4 miles away from a great swimming waterhole. We didn't use the jacuzzi or game room, but they look awesome! Air conditioner was great! BBQ worked well for cooking!
