Newly renovated apartment located in a residential area, very quiet and with the possibility of free parking, on the ground floor of a semi-detached house, bright and fresh. Quiet, peacefull accomodation
We spent 6 days at Cala Gonone. The accomodation is full furnished with a perfect location. beach at 500m from the housse. The owner are very flexible and warm. It was perfect after the covid pandemie in France. Thank a lot. Cheers ! Marc

Casa in posizione strategica...e proprietari top!
Struttura rispondente a quanto descritto, in posizione strategica e, soprattutto, a 500 m dal mare di Cala Gonone. Ciò che però non si paga è la gentilezza e la cortesia dei proprietari (host) che è super! Vacanza indimenticabile per le bellezze della Sardegna e per l'accoglienza ricevuta. Grazie di tutto!

Location non prévue pour l'été: un vrai four !
Nous avions choisi cette location sur la base des photos qui montraient un bel ombrage sur la terrasse. Or en arrivant, nous avons découvert que l'arbre avait été coupé et que la terrasse en plein soleil (exposition sud) était un vrai four. De plus la maison non abritée du soleil garde la chaleur toute la journée et le soir il est impossible de rester dedans et dormir est pénible. Très déçu par cette fausse information qui depuis n'a toujours pas été corrigée sur le site! Nous avons aussi reçu "l'ordre" de ne pas déplacer le parasol sur la terrasse, ce qui aurait été un peu plus agréable en fonction de la position du soleil pour profiter de la terrasse. L'intérieur n'est pas climatisé et les 2 pauvres ventilateurs font beaucoup de bruit pour peu d'efficacité. Le salon et les chambres sont très propres mais il y a beaucoup de choses qui ne vont pas. Certaines fenêtres ne peuvent pas être ouvertes sinon on ne passe pas ou si on veut ouvrir les volets on ne peut pas les accrocher, la clef est sur le volet de la porte d'entrée et pas sur la porte elle-même et si on oublie la clef à l'intérieur, on est bloqué dehors! Enfin, il manque de quoi cuisiner correctement car l'équipement est un peu limité. La propriétaire nous a fourni une cafetière plus grande car pour 4 la petite qui était dedans suffit à peine pour une personne ! Nous avons passé une semaine correcte mais je ne recommande pas cette location pour l'été, même si elle est bien placée pour aller à pied à la mer.

La casa è accogliente, pulitissima, ben equipaggiata ed in una posizione ottima per visitare Cala Gonone e la sua bellissima costa ricca di paesaggi e cale stupendi. Séjour Ok mais vraiment en dessous de ce que nous avons réservé ailleurs en Sardaigne pour le même budget. L’appartement n’est pas très central (plus de 10 minutes à pied pour la première plage, et plus pour le centre). Il manque certains éléments essentiels et minimum : égouttoir, séchoir à vêtements, économe, ciseaux, papier toilette, plats pour le four …. Mais reste propre et plutôt fonctionnel, avec une cours ombragée assez agréable. Échange OK avec la propriétaire.

Très agréable séjour à Cala Gonone
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison est très propre, dans un petit lotissement calme. Possibilité de se garer devant la maison. Elle a une jolie terrasse. Elle est proche de la plage. Les propriétaires sont accueillants. C’est un peu loin à pied du centre-ville mais nous avons toujours trouvé à nous garer facilement.
