This is a terrible place to stay at. I travel often and decided to stay here one night. I was gone for four hours and someone went into my room and stole my items. I’m disgusted and feel violated.

They had a office chair in the room that did not roll well and you couldn't sit back in it because the back seemed to be broken. Broken phone jack cover below the headboard as well.

Low rate hotel. Just stayed the one night but staff was friendly. Didn't stay for the breakfast. Room was basic... not dirty but definitely needs some upgrading.

We were traveling due to evacuating for hurricane Milton. Due to severe traffic, we arrived at 4 AM, the clerk was extremely kind and welcoming, and offered a late check out without us asking. The room at first appearance was new, updated- With high thick mattresses and lots of pillows. However, the room only had towels for two despite being a room for four- There were two large stink bugs on the wall when we arrived, Which I’ll give a pass maybe that just came in the door: However, we Proceeded to find several more in the air conditioner on closer inspection, after turning off the lights, we realize there was at least a half an inch gap between the door and the threshold… The floor was dark, gray faux laminate wood- Which visually hid how very dirty it was, we kept our shoes on 😬. The bathroom had been cleaned – but only quick/fast. It has not been deep cleaned in a long time, and there was a lot of crud in the cracks/etc. I find it disappointing to see that a hotel spent money to update- to be visually appealing And more comfortable …yet it’s not being properly cared for.

Very good econo-motel. Appreciated the cleanliness of the room. Surprisingly quiet for being on the highway. Hot buffet breakfast was appreciated. Second time at this location.

This is an older property currently under renovation in an older section of Ross Clark Circle. That said, we felt absolutely safe. Some rooms are closed off which was fine. Our handicap accessible was practically newly done. The carpet looked new as did the other furnishings. My only suggestion would be that beds in an accessible room should be lower to the floor. It was a challenge to get into bed. Wheelchair bound guests might have a more difficult time doing so. Breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and responsive. Overall, it was a very nice stay. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to other travelers.
