There was no remote for the TV. The one the front desk gave us would turn the tv on and adjust the volume but not change channels. Signage indicates a hefty fee for taking a remote so not sure why they couldn’t provide a working one.

The staff was very kind. The room was just not as clean as I hoped for. Our pillow covers were stained, so we had to ask reception for new ones, and they were very nice and gave us plenty more. Also, the shower floor was a bit dirty. The breakfast was very good with many options!

The woman in the breakfast area and who also does housekeeping was absolutely amazing!!!! By far the best experience we have ever had traveling in hotels!! We will be back!

Very nice place to stay. My only complaint was the vending machine was empty. The breakfast buffet was absolutely wonderful! As was the buffet staff.

The pictures online were not what the property looked like at all. There was no kind of room service. I had to wait outside for over 10 minutes to even gain entry into the building because no one was at the front desk.

They are doing renovations. According to the desk clerk they have done a lot and he mentioned some things they were doing and planned to do. So, there was a bit of a mess in a few areas but it was work related. I would stop by again and see how it worked out.
